As a former Telecom engineer, Chad brings a technical background to the company as well as his entrepreneurial spirit, and that blend is a great combination for the man who leads the company. As a husband and father of three, he spends his free time attending his children’s athletic events or riding his Harley.
Cerri Strano—Director of Operations
Cerri has been with the TriageNow team since day 1, and offers a myriad of experience in her position. From Client Services and direct customer interaction, her position touches nearly every facet of the company, Cerri brings her fierce determination for client satisfaction to TriageNow. In her free time Cerri is an avid mountain biker and enjoys spending time with her two children.
